From 21st to 25th September, our Lower Secondary students took part in an exciting Door Decoration Contest, bringing creativity, teamwork and plenty of colour to the corridors of Sousse International School.

The initiative invited every Lower Secondary class to transform their classroom door into a unique creative display. Students worked together to develop their ideas, choose their themes and bring their designs to life, showing remarkable enthusiasm, imagination and dedication throughout the week.

As the decorations began to appear, our hallways were transformed. Colourful designs, creative concepts and carefully crafted details filled the school with a renewed sense of energy and school spirit. Each door was different, reflecting the personality and creativity of the class behind it.

Beyond the finished designs, the contest was a wonderful opportunity for students to strengthen their teamwork, communication and creative problem-solving skills. Working towards a shared goal encouraged students to collaborate, exchange ideas and appreciate the different strengths and talents within their class.

At the end of the week, our judges visited the Lower Secondary classrooms to admire the students’ hard work and creativity before announcing the winning class.

🏆 Congratulations to Year 9.2 for taking first place!

Their winning design stood out for its creativity, attention to detail and the impressive teamwork behind it. A well-deserved achievement!

We would also like to congratulate all of our Lower Secondary students who participated. Every class contributed something special, and the incredible variety of designs made the contest a true celebration of creativity and community.

A huge thank you to our students and staff for making the week such a colourful and memorable one. Our hallways may have been decorated with beautiful designs, but it was the teamwork, enthusiasm and creativity of our students that truly brought them to life.
