TIMING AND TERM DATES
The School Day
Pre-School and primary start at 8:15 a.m and Secondary school starts at 8:25 a.m Monday-Friday. We ask children to arrive between 8:05 for pre-school and 8:10 for primary school, and between 8:00 and 8:20 for secondary school. It is very important that children are in their classrooms, ready to start work, by 8:15/8:25. Children should not be in school before the times above as this makes supervision difficult for staff needing to prepare classrooms. There is a mid-morning snack break and a lunch break of 30 minutes.

Pre-School finishes at 2:00 p.m (14:00) and primary 2:15 p.m. (14:15) Monday to Friday. Secondary have varied finish times depending on their classes and year. But it is between 2.30 p.m. (14:30) and 3.30 p.m. (15:30).
We ask you to pick up your children 15 minutes after their class finishes.
Break
Many children bring a light snack for break time. We recognize healthy eating contributes to learning so we ask you to provide fruit or savoury snacks. Please do not send sweets and chocolate.

S.I.S. will be closed on nationally observed Tunisian holidays.
